Tá súil agam go bhfuil sibh agus bhur gclann i mbarr na sláinte. Tá an t-am tagtha arís do scoileanna a ndoirse a oscailt agus fáilte a chur roimh dhaoine chuig an Oíche Oscailte. Tuigimid go mbíonn daoine ar bís le haghaidh an lá seo. Áfach, i láthair na huaire ní féidir linn ár n-Oíche Oscailte a reáchtáil ar shuíomh na scoile. I hope this email finds you and your family well today. The time has come again for schools to open their doors and to welcome people inside for the anticipated Open Evening. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to hold our Open Evening on site, but we can give you a flavour of what you can expect when you step inside the gates of Gaelcholáiste Reachrann.
Mar is eol daoibh, tá an scoil go mór i mbéal an phobail faoi láthair. Táimid ag déanamh ár ndícheall gach rud is féidir linn chun an Roinn Oideachais agus Scileanna (ROS) a spreagadh chun tionscadal dár bhfoirgneamh a chur i gcríoch. Chuir an ROS in iúl dúinn go bhfuil an tionscadal ag bogadh go tairiscint go gairid. Is é an chéad chéim eile ná an tógáil é féin. Roinnfear an t-eolas libh nuair atá aon uasdátú ann.
I am sure you are all aware of the media attention that has been brought on to the school over the past few weeks, but rest assured that we are doing all we can to encourage the Department of Education and Skill (DES) to move our building project along to the next stage. We have been advised by the DES that the project is moving to tender shortly, the next stage after that is building. We will keep you updated.
Reáchtálfar seisiún gairid eolais ar an Déardaoin 30 Meán Fómhair ag 7:30in ar Microsoft Teams. Ní mharfaidh an seisiún ach thart ar 20 nóiméad. Beidh físeán eolais ar fáil ar shuíomh ghréasáin na scoile tar éis an chruinniú.
A short information session will be held on Teams on Thursday 30th September at 7:30pm. This session will last for approximately 20 minutes and our Open Evening videos and subject information will be available on our website after the meeting.
