🌱 TY students took a bold step into sustainable food education today — by tasting mealworms and locusts!
As part of their Agricultural Science class, they explored global food systems and alternative protein sources in the context of climate change and sustainability.
While some were hesitant, the class fully engaged with the activity and took away key lessons about:
✅ The environmental cost of food production
✅ The potential of alternative proteins
✅ The connection between local action and global impact
